Class description
This class series will
guide you through gentle, healthy, non-strenuous movements which help with
the changing condition of your body, your view of the labor process and your
overall awareness essential for birthing. These classes are designed to
serve as a bridge between the ancient art of belly dance and birth.
Classes are open to healthy pregnant women and their
support persons, as well as doulas, midwives, nurses and other birth
professionals, and ANY WOMAN who is interested in exploring the connection
between belly dance and birth.
No prior dance experience needed.
Really! This is a fun and supportive atmosphere that encourages
exploration! Meet up with other like-minded moms-to-be!
